After school, during school holidays and summer breaks, Hodac's Teen Center offers a safe and stimulating environment for youth ages 10-18. Activities at the Teen Center are designed to help young people become more independent and to learn techniques  for navigating the challenges they face - from taking a stand against peer pressure, to developing essential job skills. The service is free to Houston County families.

A DUI Risk Reduction Course, offered by Hodac, is required by the state of Georgia for reinstatement of a driver's license for those convicted of DUI, possession of illegal drugs, underage possession of alcohol while driving, or BUI (Boating Under the Influence).

The course is appropriate for traffic offenders seeking reinstatement of their driving privileges and for driving instruction in general.
