Defensive Driving Class
Poor driving habits threaten individuals, families, businesses, and communities. Hodac offers a Defensive Driving training course that was developed by the National Safety Council. The course helps reduce driver’s license points, can aid in the reinstatement of driving privileges, and may lower insurance premiums.

Hodac is a certified collection site for Solstas Lab Partners (formerly Doctor’s Laboratory of Valdosta, Georgia). Hodac is also a collection site for all Drugs Don’t Work member companies and a preferred 3rd party collector for Quest Diagnostics.
Be aware that Hodac’s business hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. All drug screen clients must arrive at Hodac by 4:30pm. Pricing for drug screens are as follows:
$29.00 for a Panel Five (tests for illegal drugs – Amphetamine Methamphetamine, Cannabinoids, Cocaine Metabolite, Opiates, Phencyclidine)
$34.00 for a Panel Nine (tests for illegal and prescription drugs – tests for everything from the panel five test, plus Barbiturates, Benzodiazapene, Methaqualone, Propoxyphene)
$40.00 for a Panel Ten (tests for everything from the panel nine test, plus Alcohol)
$30.00 for an MRO (Medical Review Officer) to review and verify the results of all positive tests
Drugs Don’t Work Program
Companies seeking to increase employee productivity, reduce absenteeism and accidents, and reduce Worker’s Compensation insurance premiums should obtain certification in the Drugs Don’t Work Program, offered by Hodac. This cost-effective program helps companies create and implement specific steps to prevent substance abuse in the workplace.
The fee for DDW Certification varies according to the number of employees within the company and the length of membership (1 or 2 years).
One- or Two-Year Programs: You will receive a customized substance abuse policy, active employee and pre-employment consent forms, notice letter and materials for all employees. You will also receive drug testing information and monthly newsletters to complete employee training requirements. Price includes application to the State Board of Workers Compensation and application fees.
$25.00/hour for supervisor training. Supervisors are required to have two hours of training the first year and one hour of training each subsequent year. Certificates are issued upon completion of training.
