Drugs Don’t Work Program for Businesses
Companies seeking to increase employee productivity, reduce absenteeism and accidents, and reduce Worker’s Compensation insurance premiums should consider certification in the Drugs Don’t Work Program, offered by Hodac.  This cost-effective program helps companies create and implement specific steps to prevent and ameliorate substance abuse in the workplace.

The fee for DDW Certification varies according to the number of employees within the company and the length of membership desired (one or two year program).

Hodac, Inc. Drug-Free Workplace Support Center
When your business or organization becomes a Drug-Free Workplace member through Hodac, Inc., your company will receive numerous benefits. Program Service Pricing: 
One-Year Program: You will receive a customized substance abuse policy, active employee and  pre-employment consent forms, notice letter and materials for all employees. You will also receive drug testing information and monthly newsletters to complete employee training requirements. Price includes application to the State Board of Workers Compensation and application fees. 
Two-Year Program: Same benefits as above, in addition to, employee newsletters for two years  and a reminder of when to resubmit your application. 

$ 25.00 Supervisors are required to have two hours of training the first year and one hour of training  each subsequent year. Hodac, Inc. will provide training for each supervisor at the rate of $25  an hour. Certificates will be issued upon completion of training. 

Drug Testing

$ 29.00 Panel Five - Illegal Drugs (Amphetamine Methamphetamine, Cannabinoids, Cocaine  Metabolite, Opiates, Phencyclidine). *Chamber Members receive $5.00 off. 
$ 34.00 Panel Nine -Illegal Drugs and Prescription Drugs (Amphetamine Methamphetamine, Cannabinoids, Cocaine Metabolite, Opiates, Phencyclidine, Barbiturates, Benzodiazapene, Methaqualone,  Propoxyphene). *Chamber Members receive $5.00 off. 
$ 40.00 Panel Ten - Panel 9 + Alcohol. *Chamber Members receive $5.00 off. 
$ 30.00 An MRO (Medical Review Officer) will review and sign all positive tests upon request. 
$ 10.00/Mo. Randomizer Service- Hodac's computer software program that provides a liability-free, legal option for random drug test selection for business owners.
