Answer

A temporary protective order (TPO) is a legal document issued by a court to help the victim obtain protection from the person abusing, harassing or stalking him/her. A TPO awards provisionally things not available in good behavior bonds or bond restrictions such us exclusive use of residence, temporary custody or visitation schedule.
