| Stalking is the stealthy pursuit of you by vehicle or on foot; watching you from afar no matter where you go; always being present wherever you go; ceaseless contact that you do not invite; constantly sending you mail/e-mail; or harassment or threats by mail, phone or e-mail. Stalking frequently increases and may eventually lead to physical assault. Directions: Fill out Stalking Incident Report describing the individual person Then , fill out the incident report for every offense pertaining to that individual and make as many copies as needed.
